Company History
1970 Established original headquarters and plant in Kaohsiung City,with capital NT $6,000,000.
1970 The forging plant was established and start to produce industrial tool parts.
1975 Started to produce motorcycle and auto forging parts,supplied engine parts,including SYM gear,crank and shift fork to SANYANG industry,HONDA's cooperation in Taiwan.
1980 Started to supply engine parts to KYMCO industry.
1986 HSIN-CHU machining plant was established.
1987 Started to supply forging and machining gear to Taiwan YAMAHA.
1987 Established KING-ZONE industry with Japan AIKOU,and started to produce cold forging spline shaft and gear machining.
1989 Increased capital to NT$50,000,000 to comply government policy.
1990 Started to supply precision forging CVJ to Taiwan GKN.
1992 Increased capital to NT $80,000,000 and trained all satff.
1993 Started to supply parts to Taiwan DANA.
1996 For enlarging self ,moved to LUCHU and increased capital to NT$150,000,000
1997 Obtain ISO 9002 certificate,join QS 9000 quality certificate.
1999 Obtain QS 9000 certificate.
2000 Started to supply USA DANA and GKN auto parts.
2001 To enlarge self by increased capital to NT$200,000,000.
2002 Started to supply auto parts USA TRW.
2002 Invested Vietnam ZOENG CHANG TECHNOLOGY in April,and started to supply motorcycle parts to VMEP in July.
2004 Implement ISO/TS 16949 activity.
2005 Obtain ISO/TS 16949 certificate.
2005 Japan AOYAM's rotor(engine motor)
2006 To pass though USA GM evaluation.
2006 Started to develop TAIWAY TPM activity,
2007 To purchase new forging machine (1600T)
2009 To purchase energy-saving equipment.
2009 To purchase miter gear mold with Japan NICHIDAI.
2013 Obtain TOYOTA certificate.
2013 Obtain HONDA certificate.
2014 Supply Tesla forging parts to Taiwan HOTA.
2014 Start of planning for Kurimoto 2500T and Sumitomo 3000T automated forging lines.
2015 Introduction of 3,000 T of hot forging presses in January
2017 IATF 16949 revision activity in October.
2018 Passed IATF 16949 certification in July.
2019 Supply American RB&W.AAM. auto parts.
